2009
Visited Cambodia and investigated the status of country’s dialysis therapy.
2010
Invited Cambodian trainees (two physicians and three nurses) to Japan and conducted training in dialysis therapy and renal transplant (part of the training was conducted in Thailand).
2010
Donated four dialysis machines (Surdial®) and reverse osmosis (RO) equipment to Sen Sok International University Hospital (SSIUH). Using these devices, the hospital opened the Cambodia-Japan Friendship Blood Purification Center.

Provided dialysis-related technical and surgical guidance at SSIUH.2010The then Director-General Hideo Hidai received a medal from the King of Cambodia.

Provided free Japanese encephalitis vaccination to 8,000 elementary school pupils in Angkor, at the request of the Rotary Club.2012Visited SSIUH and gave technical guidance.

Donated a three-bed dialysis center in Angkor, at the request of the Rotary Club.

Invited two Cambodian physicians to attend the 59th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy and conducted academic exchanges.

Nine of our NGO members were appointed visiting professor at the Faculty of Medicine, International University, Cambodia.

Held an Intensive Seminar entitled, "Dialysis, Renal Transplantation, Clinical Engineering, and Diet Therapy for Diabetes Mellitus and Chronic Kidney Disease" in Phnom Penh. Twenty-two Japanese physicians gave 35 lectures.

Under the guidance of our NGO, two Cambodian medical students gave a presentation at the 3rd Scientific and General Meeting of the Study Group on Dietary Management in Kidney Failure.

Invited one Cambodian physician to attend the 60th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy and conducted academic exchanges.

Began activities to assist in establishing an academic society in Cambodia. Conducted discussions and consultations with Cambodian physicians.

Held an Intensive Seminar, "The Cambodian and International Seminar for Nephrology and Dialysis 2015," In Phnom Penh. Ten Japanese physicians gave a lecture, and three Cambodian physicians and medical students gave presentations.

Began activities to publish medical journals and books in Cambodia. Published the inaugural issue of The Cambodian Journal of Nephrology.
